Programs

Our Work & Enrichment Program offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a variety of enrichment classes including dance, music, fitness and nutrition, book club, knitting, bible study, crafts, and more. We are committed to engaging our STARS cognitively, physically, socially, and spiritually – the whole person. As we did with Wellspring Community, we plan to develop specially modified business enterprises where we will slow down the pace, modify tasks, and provide staff, and volunteer support to ensure that our STARS can be successful. We celebrate every small accomplishment – and we have a lot of FUN - because fun is a great motivator. Our program currently operates on a part-time basis at the Tabernacle Church located at 4141 DeSoto Road, Sarasota.
